Servant Leadership: What does it mean to be a leader?<\/h2>\n\n

As a leader, you’re there,<\/strong>\u270d when everyone is already at home,\u270d hold your head down when something has gone wrong,\u270d you know the soul of your employees and get the best out of them<\/p>\n\n

make sure of it,<\/strong>\u270d that your employees will survive the one or other valley of tears well,\u270d that they believe in themselves even when the situation seems hopeless,\u270d that visions become reality.<\/p>\n\n

In short:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

As a manager, you serve your employees and your\u270d make them better people.\u270d makes them grow wings.\u270d Make sure they get better than you.\u270d enable them to achieve things they never thought possible.<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udca5 In short: You are catalyst, personal developer, coach, listener, storyteller, motivator, doer…. \ud83d\udca5<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

You ask yourself: Where am I? Where do I get my strength and energy every day?<\/p>\n\n

\u270d You take pleasure in the growth of others.\u270d You are happy about your successes.You are grateful that you can make the world a little better.<\/p>\n\n

What could be more beautiful?<\/p>\n\n

And last but not least: You take care of yourself and your health.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n

Too dreamy? Too idealistic?<\/p>\n\n

That is my understanding of leadership.<\/p>\n\n
